This combines the power of an e-commerce platform with an automated Clinical Homecare service, enabling the implementation of efficient, integrated pathways. The outstanding analytics provide insights into how we can improve patient outcomes for everyone that's registered with our services.
The prescription reminder, along with repeat management systems, oversees orders for all patients onboarded at the healthcare facility. These systems also trigger reminders to the hospital trust to notify patients when replacement prescriptions are due.
The Results


1,546 new patients registered with PHP – and the average onboarded timescale was 1.03 days.


96% of patients received their medication in full within five days of receipt of the first prescription.
