Personal Homecare Pharmacy was created to improve how medication is delivered to patients at home. Too often, there can be gaps between prescription and delivery, whether through communication, coordination, or systems that don't quite connect.
Our focus is on making that process feel smoother and more reliable for everyone involved. We aim to give patients greater confidence in their treatment, while helping clinicians manage care with less uncertainty and admin.
Delivering nationwide, we bring over 15 years of pharmacy experience, along with a well-established NHS homecare service based from our Leicester facility.

Personal Homecare Pharmacy is a UK-based homecare provider, working with patients, NHS teams, and healthcare partners to manage medication delivery outside of clinical settings.
Operating from our purpose-built Leicester premises, we combine pharmaceutical expertise with a reliable homecare delivery model to control dispensing, coordinate logistics, and keep both patients and providers informed.
