We start with a welcome call – explaining our service and what the patient can expect. For arranging delivery, we follow up with a call – also an email and SMS with a link to our calendar, so they can schedule their delivery.
Medication preparation and secure dispatch
Our pharmacists carefully prepare – and pay special attention to any temperature-sensitive prescriptions.
Online tracking and delivery completion
Patients are given real-time updates throughout the delivery process, giving them complete visibility.
