What is the selection process for your roles?
Our selection process differs depending on the role you have applied for. However, the process generally includes a telephone interview, a competency-based interview and an ability test. Do I need a pharmacy qualification to apply? We support a mix of entry-level and experienced roles. Regardless of your education level, if you’re interested in working with us, we encourage you to get in touch.
Do I need a pharmacy qualification to apply?
Not for every role. Many of our customer service and assistant positions are open to candidates without a pharmacy background, and we provide full training. Clinical and dispensing roles do require the relevant professional registration or qualification.
Do you offer upskilling and professional development?
