Clinical Nursing and Pharmacy Services

Depending on your needs, we may also be able to offer additional support at home, such as a nurse visit or call with a pharmacist to provide guidance on administering new medications.

What are nursing services?

Nursing services provide in-home support for Personal Homecare Pharmacy patients, empowering you to manage your medication with confidence.

If requested, a qualified nurse can help with things like first-time administration, guidance on how to use your medication, or answering any questions you may have. Nurse meetings may be remote or face-to-face, depending on service agreement.

Benefits of nursing services

Having support at home can make it easier to start or continue treatment, especially if you’re using medication for the first time or managing a more complex routine.

  • Supporting safer healthcare

If you’re unsure about your medication or how to take it, a nurse can provide 1-1 guidance to help you feel more confident.

  • Help with first-time administration

Sometimes you need a little extra instruction or reassurance when starting a new medication. A nurse or pharmacist can walk you through this process and help troubleshoot any issues you’re facing.

  • Reduced need to travel

Receiving support at home means fewer trips to clinics or hospitals, making life easier for those with mobility issues.
