Shipping & Delivery

Delivery within the UK can usually be made Next Day between 8am and 6pm.

We have a range of quick solutions and methods of contacting us.

How do I reschedule a failed delivery?

Sometimes a scheduled delivery fails. Please don’t worry, it’s really simple to get a new delivery date arranged.

What happens once your delivery has been failed:

Your medication will be returned to the pharmacy by the driver and booked back in with us. Once this is done, you will receive a text message with a link enabling you to reschedule the delivery.

This usually happens the day after it has failed.

We are unable to reschedule the delivery until the medication has been booked back in with us. If you have any concerns or if you haven’t received a text the day after to reschedule, please contact the Patient Support Team here.

Sure thing! Here’s the expanded version with an introduction:

UK Deliveries

We aim to deliver all UK orders within three working days, although it’s usually within 24 hours (subject to stock availability and receipt of a valid prescription).

UK parcels are sent via LF&E Transport who specialise in medication delivery in some cases due to postcode coverage we may have to use DPD.

Deliveries to Isle of White and other offshore areas are made via Royal Mail Special Delivery. You will be provided with everything you need to track your medication. A signature will be required upon delivery.

All medication is packaged discreetly - there will be no indication on the package as to where it’s from or its contents.

If your medication has been dispatched with LF&E Transport it will arrive in bags, blue bag contents must be refrigerated immediately and black bag contents can be stored at room temperature. If your medication arrives with another courier and it is a cold product it will be packed in special cold chain packaging and will require refrigeration within an hour of receipt.
