Professional events are a great way for everyone in the industry to come together and showcase their respective companies, engage with each other – forging positive change, and share ideas on making healthcare as accessible as possible.
We were delighted to have attended the Digital Health Rewired Conference – which took place on the 12-13th March 2024, at the Birmingham NEC.
This educational conference and networking event, for those working within Health IT, offers such an important opportunity for every person in the industry to take part in a diverse digital health community meetup.
PHP was thrilled to have been given the spotlight to highlight one of our premier innovations at this year’s event – where we spoke about the development and implementation of our trust portal – using open-source e-commerce software.
PHP’s trust portal: showcased at Digital Health Rewired
Managing IT systems and making them as time-saving and cost-effective as possible is essential to find new ways of developing technology that offers the very best in patient care – across the different departments in the NHS.
Our trust portal allows authorised personnel live, real-time access to information directly from PHP’s systems – guaranteeing an outstanding solution to deliver exceptional patient care in a meaningful manner.

Three groups will benefit the most from this:
- Patients: They’re at the heart of everything we do. Our portal ensures that patients can access all the information they require – at a time that’s convenient to them. Plus, kept updated and informed about their medications and orders – at every stage of the process. There are even educational leaflets and videos to enjoy.
- Clinicians: Nurses and other Healthcare Practitioners must be able to access patient history and progress – seeing everything about their care at a glance. PHP’s system offers all this in a secure environment.
- Financial Departments: Running an efficient finance system requires invoicing, delivery notes, and payment information to be securely stored – but easily accessible. We guarantee this service is provided seamlessly via our Trust Portal.
PHP’s high-quality system provides a streamlined service to our patients, as well as making clinicians' and financial managers' work practises safer and more efficient.
When these key components come together, we can achieve successful healthcare outcomes.
Digital Health Rewired: thank you for having PHP
We were able to connect and spend time with valued friends, colleagues – and first-timers – explaining exactly what we offer to the healthcare sector.
What an inspiring two days of innovation, information, and networking – with some of the most talented people in the industry.
